Shipping & Returns

Because our custom made bobbleheads are hand crafted to be unique, our artists work directly from the photographs you send us to personalize your details. The entire process from photograph to final mold takes from 2 to 3 weeks to complete and orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS with tracking numbers. After shipping, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can follow the progress of your custom made bobblehead until you receive it.
All custom made bobbleheads are packaged in sturdy cardboard shipping boxes with styrofoam protection, and shipped in protective packages. We guarantee that you will receive the custom made bobblehead you ordered without any damage from shipping or we will glady replace it.

Return Policy

100% satisfaction guarantee. You may cancel your order and get full refund before we begin to handmade your order and show you the first proofs. Once we begin your order, only 50% refund if you want to cancel your order - please understand that, it is a special Merchandise that we custom made for you.

If the bobblehead doll is received broken or chipped, you must report to us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will not be liable for any damages which have not been reported in a timely manner.

Shipping And Damage Claims:

As we try to avoid damages with extreme care within our packing, sometimes damage can occur. All claims for shipping damage must be filed by the recipient with Realbobble Creation in writing within three days of receipt, including sending digital photographs of the damaged product, box and packing material to us at service@realbobble.ca

We won't be liable for any damages which have not been report timely.

All our merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment in approved packing boxes along with custom fitted Styrofoam and or clam shell inserts. Realbobble Creation will remake the damaged products at its sole discretion if breakage was caused by neglect in our packing process. If this is the case, we will ship the replacement product to the customer within the posted standard order delivery time on the website (where the new remake order is considered received on the date when the shipping damage claim has been recognized by Realbobble Creation).

If the damage photos do not show us a clean break or more information is required from our quality control team, you may be required to mail back the damaged doll at your sole expense. If this request is made, please ensure to include your order information within that package as well as on the main shipping box.
